The Grucox Trainer is an absolutely essential part of our strength and conditioning team. We discovered this amazing machine through Braam Malherbe, who ran the Great Wall of China, 4200km in 100 days in horrible conditions, without stabilizing cruciate ligaments in his one knee. His secret – “hundreds of hours on the Grucox Trainer”. Runners and sports requiring a lot of agility, like netball, rugby and tennis can benefit greatly from regular sessions. Live feedback during a session helps with balanced strengthening, and sessions are short and hard, making them time-efficient.
